"Other facilities under consent decree are Bridgeport Correctional Center... Andrews v. Manson, No. N81-20 (D. Conn. 1982). Although the orders entered in both of these cases remain in effect, they are not being monitored actively."  The PACER docket sheet doesn't have the proceedings; all it shows is a judgment date of April 7, 1981 (and a 1999 denial of a prisoner's request for a free copy of the case record).
