ORDER ON UNOPPOSED MOTION TO ADD AND DISMISS PARTIES - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion to Add and Dismiss Parties [Dkt. 39 ]. Plaintiffs report that one of the Plaintiffs, Cassie Herr, N.P., wishes to dismiss her claims in this case and that Plaintiffs wish to "add the Individual Members of the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana in their official capacities and the Individual Members of the Indiana State Board of Nursing in their official capacities as defendants" in this case. Id. However, Plaintiffs do not identify the individual board members whom she wishes to sue. In any event, the Court finds that the most appropriate way to accomplish what Plaintiffs wish to accomplish is for Plaintiffs to file an amended complaint that omits Ms. Herr as a plaintiff and adds the board members as defendants.
