Case Summary

(This summary is temporary while we research the case further). On May 26, 2024, a student at University Nevada, Law Vegas filed a lawsuit in federal court against the University and several pro-Palestinian nonprofits and student associations. The student plaintiff alleged that the defendants were providing substantial assistance to Hamas in violation of the Anti-Terrorism Act, as well as discriminated against him in violation of the First Amendment, hthe Fourteenth Amendment, and Title VI.
