In so doing, the Court notes that remaining in this case are Plaintiff's claim of race discriminati on pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Section 1981, 42 U.S.C. Section 2000e-2, ORC 4112.02(A) and 4112.99 and his claim of disability discrimination under the ADA and sections 4112.02(A) and 4112.99 of the Ohio Revised Code.
