Defendant agrees to pay Erika Beauregard $1,405.98, as payment for lost wages, $740.08, payment of interest on her lost wages, and $12,853.94, as payment of punitive damages. Defendant may deduct federal, state, and local taxes from the wages portion of these damages, but will be responsible for payment of any employer share of any federal, state, or local taxes due without deduction from these stated damages. On or before 6/30/98, the defendant will mail, certified mail return receipt, checks for $1,405.98 in lost wages, $740.08 representing interest on lost wages, and $2,853.94 in punitive damages to Erika Beauregard. On or before 3/31/99, and, on or before 11/30/99, the defendant will mail, certified mail return receipt, a check for $5,000.00, representing the balance of punitive damages to Erika Beauregard.
