On August 23, 2005, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), on behalf of a black employee, filed a lawsuit in the Southern District Court of Texas, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by Title I of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, against Satchel's BBQ & Steaks, Inc.
