Case Summary
The New York District Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Morelle Products, Ltd., in September 1999, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The only document available from PACER is the Court Docket and thus the facts of the case are extremely limited. A month after the answer was filed, the court ordered the dismissal of the action unless within 30 days the settlement was not fully effectuated. This dismissal was extended twice and ultimately there was a consent decree, entered on July 5, 2000, laying out the terms of the settlement.
