This case, filed along with the ACLU of Missouri, Planned Parenthood, and the law firm, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, challenges extreme laws passed by the Missouri state legislature. If allowed to take effect, the bans would outlaw abortion in the state and nearly every stage of pregnancy.
