Case Summary

In July 2001, the Newark Area Office of the EEOC brought this suit against Emery Worldwide Airlines, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. The only document publicly available regarding this case is the docket; therefore, the allegations involved are unknown. In August 2001, this case was consolidated for discovery with a private lawsuit against the same defendant (2:00-cv-06106-JAG) The defendants filed a motion for summary judgment in April 2002; however, it was never resolved because the parties settled in September 2002, voluntarily dismissing the case.
